G401 Nix Stix X-9032 Mold Release is specifically formulated for polyurethanes and most rubber compounds, featuring a focused spray pattern for precision coverage and lower transfer. Great general purpose release where overspray is a concern. G401 is slipperier than most releases and is formulated to keep the molds cleaner. Provides fast, easy part removal and multiple part releases per application. Improves molding efficiency in many processes including injection, pour cast, and extrusion molding.

Great general purpose release where overspray is a concern. G401 is recommended for rigid and flexible cast urethanes and also most rubber compounds. It has been used successfully with rigid and flexible cast urethanes as well as polyesters, epoxies, and phenolic polymers and most hydrocarbon rubbers. G401 is slipperier than most other releases and is formulated to keep molds cleaner. Provides fast, easy part removal from molds and multiple part releases per application. Reduces defects caused by sticking. Improves part appearance and molding efficiency in many processes including injection, pour cast, and extrusion molding. Economical – a light coating produces best results. Contains no chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) or hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) propellants or solvents such as HCFC 141b or HCFC 142b. Contains no chlorinated solvents such as 1,1,1 trichloroethane or methylene chloride. Colorless and non-staining.
