P160 Polyurethane Mold Release 5 Gallon Liquid Pail is a water based mold release for cast urethane and other polymers molded below 375 °F. Provides less interference with printing and part number application. Easily applied formula wets out well. Apply P160 to molds prior to casting polyurethane or other resins. Also useful for compression molding of rubber and in tire molds. Works on any type of mold material and gives a glossy, smooth finish. Mold details will be reproduced exactly.

The water based formula is excellent for health and safety ratings. P160 causes less interference with printing and part number application than other releases. The formula is easily applied and wets out well. Apply P160 to molds prior to casting polyurethane or other resins. Also useful for compression molding of rubber and in tire molds. P160 is not recommended for silicone rubber. Will work on any type of mold material and gives a glossy, smooth finish. Mold details will be reproduced exactly. P160 is also available in larger packaging sizes.
