TraSys 715 Light Mold Release 5 Gallon Liquid Pail is a translucent, water-based dispersion for rotational molding applications. Ideal for rotational mold internals and other molding applications where a slow release is required for cooling. Exhibits outstanding release or anti-stick properties and has a very low coefficient of friction. Clean, non-oily, non-staining, chemically inert, and can function in temperatures to 260°C (500°F) or higher. It offers an unmatched combination of lubricity and durability, without the use of silicone oils, providing consistent release and reducing mold buildup. TraSys 715 will meet molders’ production, environmental, and safety requirements.
