TraSys 9825 Mold Release Liquid 5 Gallon Liquid Pail

TraSys 9825 Mold Release Liquid 5 Gallon Liquid Pail is a water-based dispersion for hot mold applications. Exhibits outstanding durability and anti-stick properties and has a very low coefficient of friction. Clean, non-oily, non-staining, chemically inert, and can function in high temperatures. TraSys 9825 mold release coating has unique properties and is ideal for compression molding, resin transfer molding, vacuum infusion, and filament winding of epoxy, phenolic, or polyester resins, rubber, fluoropolymer, and plastic laminates. Unlike oily release agents, it does not interfere with post-finishing operations. Comes pre-diluted and ready for use. Proper application results in superior release and multiple releases per application.

  • Water-based semi-permanent mold release agent.
  • Designed for use with heated tools (250°F-350°F).
  • For compression or resin transfer molding, vaccum infusion, or filament winding of epoxy, phenolic, and polyester resins.
