TraSys® WB400 RotoFlow® is a concentrated water-based mold coating that facilitates the flow of polyolefin and nylon resin into hard-to-fill areas of rotational molds. WB400 helps f ill in voids around inserts, tight radii, threads, and deep cavities. WB400 RotoFlow® prevents pinholes on the surface of roto molded polyolefin, nylon and crosslinked parts. It prevents bridging, thinning, blowholes, and static lines.

Sold in cases of four 1-gallon containers.

TraSys® WB400 RotoFlow® is a concentrated water-based mold coating that facilitates the flow of polyolefin and nylon resin into hard-to-fill areas of rotational molds. WB400 helps f ill in voids around inserts, tight radii, threads, and deep cavities. WB400 RotoFlow® prevents pinholes on the surface of roto molded polyolefin, nylon and crosslinked parts. It prevents bridging, thinning, blowholes, and static lines. 

Each case comes with four 1-gallon containers. Made to order so please allow 3-5 business days before shipment.

Recommended Procedure: Mix well and dilute with water to desired ratio. Spray directly onto the internal mold surface, in the hard-to-form, problematic areas of the molded part. Warmer mold surfaces (45°C minimum) will allow the water in RotoFlow® WB400 to dissipate before loading your resin material charge. To prevent premature erosion of Ro toFlow® WB400 on the mold surface, slow your machine’s arm speed during the preheating phase.
