E218 Extra Heavy Duty Silicone Mold Release is a release agent and anti-stick lubricant for molded plastics, rubber, waxes, and similar materials. Our heaviest viscosity mold release for the most stubborn parts. E218 provides fast, easy part removal and multiple part releases per application. Improves molding efficiency in many processes including injection, compression, transfer, vacuum form, pour cast, die cast, and extrusion molding.

    Stoner E218 Extra Heavy Duty Silicone Mold Release is specially formulated as a release agent and anti-stick lubricant for molded materials such as plastics, rubber, waxes, and similar materials. This product gives excellent silicone coverage and is useful when molding parts which are large, intricate, or otherwise difficult to release. Even the most stubborn sticking parts release faster and easier with E218, our heaviest viscosity mold release. E218 provides fast, easy part removal from molds and multiple part releases per application. Improves molding efficiency in many processes including injection, compression, transfer, vacuum form, pour cast, die cast, and extrusion molding. E218 is espically ideal for thermoforming, pour casting. Contains no chlorinated solvents such as 1,1,1 trichloroethane or methylene chloride.
