G483 XC-33 Mold Release 5 Gallon Liquid Pail is a water-based release designed to exhibit outstanding release characteristics. G483 is supplied as a water dilutable emulsion which allows for a thin, uniform release film to be deposited on a wide variety of substrates.

G483 XC-33 Mold Release 5 Gallon Liquid Pail is a water-based fluorochemical solution designed to exhibit outstanding release characteristics. It is supplied as a water dilutable emulsion which allows for a thin, uniform release film to be deposited on a wide variety of substrates. G483 has good stability as is or diluted with water for maximum cost efficiency. Saves time – lets you remove molded parts from molds quickly and easily. Consistently clean releases with G483 produce less scrap and greater first quality output. Little buildup allows for more parts to be released between mold cleanings. This low odor release is ideal for compression molded silicone rubber and more. Contains no chlorinated solvents such as 1,1,1 trichloroethane or methylene chloride. Colorless and non-staining.

G483 is listed under FDA Sec. 21 CFR 176.170 (a)(5) as safe for use in selected food contact items and qualifies as non-hazardous for shipping.
