P353 Endurance Mold Release 55 Gallon Liquid Drum

P353 Endurance Mold Release 55 Gallon Liquid Drum is specially formulated as a long lasting, non-transferring release agent and anti-stick mold coating for molded rubber and similar materials. Works equally as well with polyester and vinyl ester resin systems. Aerosol dispenser can control the particle size, the spray pattern, the volume dispensed, and the concentration of the spray for maximum effectiveness. Provides a thin, permanent yet removable, anti-stick mold surface coating for fast, easy part removal from molds. A single application of P353 will allow multiple molding cycles. Reduces defects caused by sticking. When the mold eventually begins to stick, often the sticking area alone can be “touched-up” quickly and allow continued molding with minimal production delay. Improves molding efficiency in many processes including injection, compression, and transfer molding. Available in different bulk sizes.
