TraSys 3000 Water Based Mold Release 1 Gallon Liquid coating is specially formulated for hot mold applications. Exhibits outstanding durability and anti-stick properties and has a very low coefficient of friction. Use on molded rubber, fluoropolymer, plastic, epoxy, and plastic laminates. Ideal for compression, transfer, and injection molding of organic rubber compounds, functioning in molding temperatures exceeding 193 °C (380 °F). Perfect for processes where part finish is crucial, like the manufacture of tires, O-rings and seals. It is not recommended for the molding of silicone elastomers. Unlike oily release agents, TraSys 3000 does not interfere with post-finishing operations when properly applied. Comes pre-diluted and ready for use. Proper application results in superior release and multiple releases are normal.
