TraSys 818 Mold Release 1 Gallon Liquid Case

TraSys 818 Mold Release 1 Gallon Liquid Case is a water-based dispersion for hot mold applications. Exhibits outstanding durability and anti-stick properties and has a very low coefficient of friction. Clean, non-oily, non-staining, chemically inert, and can function in high temperatures. Ideal for compression, transder, and injection molding of most rubber compounds (including silicone), fluoropolymer, plastic, and epoxy and plastic laminates. Unlike oily release agents, TraSys 818 does not interfere with post-finishing operations. Comes prediluted and is ready for use. Proper application results in superior release, and multiple part releases are normal with a single application. Great for touch-ups on molds coated with TraSys 258 and TraSys 4000 release systems.
  • Water-based fluorochemical rotational mold release agent.
  • For hot mold applications while compression, transfer, or injection molding.
  • Excellent for rubber, fluoropolymer, plastic, epoxy and plastic laminates.
